The 27th edition of DOMOTEX asia/CHINAFLOOR, the leading flooring exhibition in the Asia-Pacific region, took place successfully at the National Exhibition and Convention Centre (NECC) in Shanghai from 26 to 28 May. Building on its post-pandemic recovery, the event further consolidated its position as a key global hub for the flooring industry.
With 1,500+ companies and brands participating, the exhibition spanned 210,000 square meters and attracted 83,056 attendees from 124 countries, 18,121 of whom were international visitors. This year's edition was co-located with R+T Asia and cadex under BUILD ASIA Mega Show platform, delivering an integrated showcase of the latest developments and innovations in building materials and interior design solutions. |

- Total Attendance: 83,056 visitors from 124 countries, including 18,121 international attendees.
- Asia Leads Growth: Asia accounted for 56% of international visitors, with Southeast Asia as the fastest-growing subregion (21% of total attendance), matching East Asia. Malaysia, Thailand, and Vietnam were key contributors, with Vietnam recording the highest growth rate.
- Middle East Milestone: The Middle East captured 7% of international visitation for the first time. The UAE led the region, while Saudi Arabia saw remarkable 49% growth.
- US & Europe Engagement: US attendance rose 9% despite trade challenges. Europe remained a strong contributor, representing 20% of international visitors.
- Domestic Reach: East China was the largest domestic market, representing 55% of all Chinese visitors.
- Visitor Profile: Import/export traders, agents, and distributors made up over 50% of total attendees.
- Satisfaction Score: Visitors rated their experience 8.9 out of 10 overall.
