China Resumes issuing All Types of Visas for Foreigners

The easing of access to China market continues its positive trend with the latest news of Chinese visa policy returning back to normal.

China has begun re-issuing various categories of visas to foreigners from March 15, as the country continues to re-open its borders after three years of COVID-19 containment measures. Valid multi-year multiple entry visas issued before March 28, 2020, will resume function. Visa-free entry will also resume at destinations such as Hainan island as well as cruise ships passing through Shanghai port.

We expect this new policy to facilitate the participation of International flooring professionals at the upcoming DOMOTEX asia/CHINAFLOOR, scheduled to take place in Shanghai from 26 to 28 July 2023.
