During Domotex 2019, you can enjoy MaterialDistrict Expo on 26, 27, 28 March with the theme “Trending Topics” in the Shanghai New International Expo Centre, Pudong. This exhibition is entirely dedicated to the latest and most popular material themes for architecture and design.

Shanghai. One day before the official opening of its 21st edition, the organizers of DOMOTEX asia/CHINAFLOOR along with China National Forest Products Industry Association are hosting the 5th international World Flooring Forum.

This year DOMOTEX asia/CHINAFLOOR adds an entire hall to the wood sector, making four out of fifteen halls in total to be dedicated to wood, bamboo and other hard floors.

The 21st edition of DOMOTEX asia/CHINAFLOOR, taking place on March 26-28, 2019 at the Shanghai New International Expo Center, is expanding this year to 175,000 sqm in 15 halls. Five of them are dedicated to carpets and rugs, four to wood, bamboo and other hard floors, 1.5 to FLOORTECH asia and 4.5 halls are dedicated to resilient floorings for sport, commercial, industrial and residential purposes.

Recently the demand on quality products in China grew substantially. The concept of home decoration is more and more popular, especially with the use of wood. People also care more about a comfort living, that’s why underfloor heating solid wood flooring is on the rise. It has become the fastest growing category in the wood flooring industry.
